Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to and use of Ansera Talent, an intelligent recruitment automation platform developed by Requiter Group.

By creating an account, connecting third-party services or using the platform, you agree to these Terms.

Ansera Talent assists recruitment teams by providing workflow automation, candidate communication, interview scheduling, recruitment dashboards and AI-assisted recruitment features.

The platform is designed to support recruiters rather than replace professional human judgement.

Customers are responsible for:

• Ensuring recruitment activities comply with applicable laws.
• Obtaining any necessary consent before contacting candidates.
• Maintaining the confidentiality of user accounts.
• Reviewing recruitment decisions before communicating outcomes.
• Using connected Google and Meta services responsibly.

Customers remain responsible for all hiring decisions made using information generated or organised by Ansera Talent.

Certain features may analyse candidate information, organise recruitment data or generate recommendations.

These outputs are intended to assist recruiters and should not be treated as final hiring decisions.

Customers should always perform meaningful human review before making decisions that significantly affect candidates.

When authorised by a user, Ansera Talent may access Google Calendar to create, update and manage recruitment interview events.

Google account access is used only for the requested functionality and in accordance with the Google API Services User Data Policy.

Users may revoke Google account access at any time through their Google Account settings.

Customers may connect WhatsApp Business services through Meta in order to communicate with candidates.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that communications are lawful, appropriate and relevant to the recruitment process.

You must not use Ansera Talent to:

• Send unlawful or unsolicited communications.
• Discriminate unlawfully against candidates.
• Attempt to compromise the security of the platform.
• Reverse engineer or copy the software.
• Upload malicious software or harmful content.
• Use the platform for illegal activity.

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Maintenance, updates, third-party outages and circumstances beyond our control may temporarily affect availability.

Ansera Talent, its software, branding, documentation, workflows, interface design and related materials remain the intellectual property of Requiter Group unless otherwise stated.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of any intellectual property rights.

Customers retain ownership of recruitment information they upload to the platform.

Requiter Group processes customer information only as necessary to provide and secure the service and in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or terminate access where necessary to protect the security of the platform, comply with legal obligations or investigate suspected misuse.

Customers may discontinue use of the platform at any time.

To the extent permitted by law, Requiter Group shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of Ansera Talent.

Customers remain responsible for recruitment decisions, candidate communications and compliance with applicable employment and data protection laws.

We may update these Terms as the platform evolves or legal requirements change.

Continued use of Ansera Talent following publication of an updated version constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
