How to request deletion
Email privacy@requitergroup.com with the subject line:
Ansera Talent Data Deletion Request
Information to include
- Your full name
- Your telephone number or email used with Ansera Talent
- The organisation or recruiter that contacted you
- A description of the data you want deleted
What happens next
We may need to verify your identity and coordinate with the relevant customer organisation. Once verified, applicable information will be deleted or anonymised unless it must be retained for legal, security or legitimate record-keeping purposes.
Meta platform requests
Requests relating to information received through Meta or WhatsApp services can be submitted using the same process. Include the telephone number associated with the relevant communication.
Google account access
Users can separately revoke Ansera Talent's Google access through their Google Account permissions. A deletion request may also be submitted using the email process above.
