Ansera Talent Privacy Policy

Ansera Talent is an intelligent recruitment automation product developed by Requiter Group. It helps authorised recruitment teams manage candidate communication, assessment, interview scheduling and recruitment workflows.

In most customer deployments, the organisation using Ansera Talent determines why and how candidate information is processed and acts as the data controller. Requiter Group generally processes that information on the customer's instructions as a service provider or processor.

Requiter Group may act as controller for account information, product enquiries, security records and information required to operate the service.

Ansera Talent may process:

• Names and contact details
• Telephone numbers and email addresses
• CV, application and candidate information
• Candidate questionnaire responses
• Recruitment stage, status and assessment information
• Interview availability and scheduling information
• Recruiter account and organisation information
• Messages exchanged through supported communication services
• Technical, security and audit information

When an authorised user connects a Google account, Ansera Talent may request access to the minimum Google permissions required to create and manage recruitment interview events.

Depending on the features enabled, this may include:

• Google account identification information required to connect the authorised account
• Google Calendar information necessary to create, update or manage interview events
• Event details such as interview date, time, attendees, joining information and event description

Google user data is used only to provide the calendar and interview-scheduling features requested by the authorised user. It is not used for advertising and is not sold.

Ansera Talent's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Where a customer connects WhatsApp Business services through Meta, Ansera Talent may process candidate telephone numbers, message content, message delivery information, button responses and related communication metadata.

This information is used to send authorised recruitment communications, record candidate responses, manage recruitment stages and support related workflow automation.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that they have an appropriate legal basis and any required consent before contacting candidates.

Information may be used to:

• Operate recruitment workflows
• Contact and engage candidates
• Record candidate responses and availability
• Support structured candidate assessment
• Schedule one-to-one and group interviews
• Create calendar events and send invitations
• Provide dashboards, reporting and audit records
• Maintain service security and prevent misuse
• Provide customer support

Ansera Talent may help organise information, calculate configured scores or support structured candidate evaluation. These features are intended to assist recruiters.

Customers should maintain meaningful human review over hiring decisions and should not rely solely on automated outputs when making decisions that significantly affect candidates.

Information may be shared with service providers required to operate Ansera Talent, including hosting, database, communications, email, calendar and security providers.

Information may also be shared with the customer organisation, authorised recruiters and interview participants where necessary for the recruitment process.

We do not sell candidate or Google user data.

Requiter Group uses reasonable technical and organisational measures designed to protect information, including access controls, secure communications, authentication, logging and restricted access to production systems.

No system can guarantee absolute security. Customers must also protect their accounts, credentials and connected services.

Information is retained only for as long as required to provide the service, fulfil customer instructions, maintain appropriate records, resolve disputes and comply with legal obligations.

Customer-specific retention periods may be defined in the relevant agreement or product configuration.

Users can revoke Ansera Talent's access to their Google account through their Google Account permissions settings. Customers may also disconnect integrations through the product where that functionality is available.

Revoking access prevents future API access but may not automatically delete information that was previously stored for valid operational or legal purposes.

Users and candidates can request deletion of applicable information by following the instructions on the Ansera Talent data-deletion page.

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal information.

Candidates should normally contact the organisation that collected their information. Requests can also be sent to privacy@requitergroup.com.

Service providers may process information in countries other than the country in which it was collected. Where required, appropriate safeguards will be used for international transfers.

This policy may be updated as Ansera Talent develops, new integrations are introduced or legal requirements change. The latest version will be published on this page.
